👗✨ How Consignment Works at Salado Bridal (by Ashley Dee) ✨👗
At Something Blue - Salado Bridal Co. consigning your gown is easy, stress-free, and totally hands-off for you.
I do the work — you get paid. Here’s how the process works:
📅 1. Intake is by Appointment Only
All consignment drop-offs are scheduled privately so I can inspect your gown, discuss pricing, and
make sure your piece is a good fit for the boutique.
I primarily accept:
• Bridal gowns
• Bridesmaid dresses
• Formal wear (prom, pageant, military ball, gala, etc.)
Quality matters, and I only take items I believe I can confidently sell for you.
✂️ 2. A Clear-Cut Process — No Confusion, No Guesswork
Once your item is accepted:
• We sign a simple consignment agreement
• You set the price with guidance from me
• You leave the dress with me, I list on various sites helping located its new owner.
• When your piece sells we split the sale 50/50 (super clean + fair!)
🌐 3. I Sell Your Dress Under My Brand
Your item is listed and marketed under Salado Bridal, giving it:
• Professional presentation
• Online visibility
• Local buyer trust
• Access to my audience of brides + formal wear shoppers
I photograph, promote, manage inquiries, answer questions, schedule try-ons, and handle every part
of the selling process — so you don’t have to.
🏡 4. The Try-On Hub (My Boutique Space)
Buyers can book appointments to come in and try on dresses from my consignment inventory.
This gives your gown:
• A better chance of selling
• A real boutique experience
• A safe, clean, private environment
It’s the perfect blend of online reach + in-person boutique magic.
💸 5. You Get Paid When Your Dress Sells
Once the gown sells, your payout is processed quickly and simply.
No meeting buyers, no negotiating, no flakes, no stress.
And a nice, clean and simple 50/50 no mess split!
✨ Summary: You provide the dress. I do the rest.
